This video runs for 21minutes. It features interviews with participants in a recent merger of two community sector agencies in Victoria. They discuss what to look out for and to consider in a merger.

Project Management for Teams (pay per view)
This 20 minute video was produced for secondary and tertiary institutions. It describes the need for better planning and emotional intelligence in the way team members carry out an urgent project. It also describes a process that helps on these fronts - TopDown Flowcharting.

Best Value & Continuous Improvement (free)
This 10 minute video was initially produced as an internal training aid, but was later used extensively by other councils and SAI Global. It describes the approach taken by Moreland City Council to the State Government initiative 'Best Value'. They combined it with Continuous Improvement.
